Back to the machine

Wow.. it's been a while! April was a very difficult month for me and included moving from our house to a two bedroom apartment. I haven't had a chance to sew since before the move and I have really missed it! I've been so stressed and overwhelmed that I lost all creativity. But...

This past weekend, a friend had a yard sale and was clearing out a lot of her fabric scraps. I love me some scraps! I was so inspired by some of these scraps that I had to sew something right away!

It's a little lumpy right now, but it'll even out as I rest against it!
